Refund Policy
At ToeFix, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy before placing your order.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To start a return request, please contact us by email with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been used, worn, washed, damaged, or removed from their original packaging.
Items returned after the 7-day return window may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. ToeFix is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we may arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will need to follow our return process.
Exchanges
If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us by email. Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval after review.
